One of the most exciting parts of the fall semester is recruitment, when Alpha Chi Omega welcomes new faces to UT Tyler and invites new sisters to our chapter. Alpha Chi Omega participates in Panhellenic recruitment every year. Then, every spring, Alpha Chi Omega hosts various fun and excited informal recruitment parties open to all women at UT Tyler!
The ladies of Alpha Chi Omega are chosen based on our five national membership standards: academic interest, character, financial responsibility, leadership ability, and personal development.
